Celtic Serpents

  All animals for sale are honestly represented, healthy and feeding unless otherwise agreed (in some cases I may offer non-established hatchlings and boas to experienced buyers). All animals are guaranteed to arrive live. Photos will be taken on my end prior to the animal/s being shipped to avoid discrepancy after arrival. If you do NOT pick up your animals within 4 hours of specified arrival time, Celtic Serpents does not offer any further guarantee on health. You must open the package immediately at the airline's facility to ensure live and complete package arrival. Please examine your animals very closely and make certain that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you must notify us immediately so that steps can be taken to rectify the situation. After the four hour time limit expires we assume no further liabilities. Once an animal leaves me, I no longer have control over its care or maintenance. The four hour guarantee period after the shipment arrives at the airport is given to allow you to take the animal(s) to your house or facility for close inspection and to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If accidental death occurs during shipment, buyer is required to immediately make arrangements to ship the deceased animal back to Celtic Serpents with cold packs in order to begin the refund process. Celtic Serpents will pay for shipping of deceased animal but will not refund original shipping. No body, no refund.

**Please be aware that all animals are digitally photographed prior to shipping, to facilitate the
identification of any deceased animals or those lost during transit.

  For animals that we have in stock and ready for sale, a 50% NON-refundable deposit will hold that particular animal for up to 30 days. During this 30 day period full payment must be received and shipping must transpire. If you do not pay in full or do not take possession of the animal(s) then you lose your deposit. In the event something happens to that animal prior to the 30 day limit, Celtic Serpents will refund the deposit or you may choose to transfer it towards any other available animal.

**On a large purchase of $5,000 or more, I may offer 25% non-refundable deposit with balance to be paid at 30/60 days in full. Again, deposit will always be non-refundable, however the 30/60 day payments can be applied towards other animals or towards any stock of feeder product that Celtic Serpents offers.

  We accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks. If paying by cashier's check, money order, or personal check, your check must clear prior to shipping.

Customers are responsible for all shipping/freight charges. All orders are sent air freight unless otherwise arranged. In the event of a large wholesale purchase, Celtic Serpents will occasionally agree to a bulk or flat rate shipping fee.

**Shipping WITHIN Canada at this time only for live animals and feeders. Product can be shipped internationally if pre-paid in full at buyer’s cost.
